Returns and Exchanges

  • All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must go through our Customer Service Department for authorization.
  • You have a 30-day window starting from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
  • To qualify, the item must be in new, unused condition, and it should include all original packaging and accompanying accessories.
  • Please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase when requesting returns or exchanges.
  • It's important to note that additional shipping and handling charges may apply. However, if the return or exchange is due to an error on our part or a defect, these charges will be waived.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, and please be aware that these costs are non-refundable.
  • Items that do not meet our criteria for resale cannot be refunded. Proper packaging is essential to prevent damage during the return process.

Refunds

  • Following the receipt and inspection of your returned items, you will receive notification regarding the status of your refund request.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will exclusively be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is linked to a product defect.
